DVD Disk Printing

Clark's Video Group uses White Ink Jet DVD disks. We offer both Color and Black printing, which may consist of text & logos.

We also offer "fill" color printing, which may be out-sourced to our disk supplier (depending on number of units ordered). Fill Printing is defined when all or most of the printable area of the disk is covered with ink. 

Logos may be submitted as JPEG or Bitmap files, 72 dpi. 

The printable area of the DVD disk measures 11.75 mm across, with a 4.5mm hub opening. You may design your own layout, and submit it on disk or or paper, with attached image and text files. We use Windows XP compatible fonts. If your project requires a unique font, please include the font file with your project. Your font file must be compatible with Windows XP.

DVD Album Inserts and Jewel Case J-cards

We do not custom print album inserts or jewel case J-cards. You may drop-ship your custom printed materials to our facility for packaging. See price table for labor only prices. Wrap-around Album inserts should measure 27.3mm wide  by 18.4mm high. Jewel cases are standard size.
